OJ’s Vågsystem is a leading player in band wave technology. We offer belt scales for most makes of crushers, screens and fixed conveyors on the market.

Innovative & stable weighing indicators since1982

In 1996 we started a successful collaboration with the English Practicon, which resulted in our first belt weigher indicator, the OJ436. In 2016, we jointly launched smartTONNES, a cloud service that together with our belt scales enables remote overview and control of production at several quarries at the same time.

Global presence

With more than 6000 OJ436/OJ1436 units sold, we have a strong presence both in Sweden and internationally. Our belt scales and associated cloud service are used today in many countries even outside of Europe

Our partners & customers

We cooperate with industry-leading companies such as AB PJ Jonsson & Söner, Sandvik, Metso Minerals, Keestrack, Kellve Sweden AB and Maskin Mekano AB, who integrate our belt scales into their crushers, screens and conveyors.

Our clientele mostly consists of companies that work with asphalt, concrete and gravel.
